Steve is the President and CEO of the company, leading the team with over 20 years of land development experience. His role spans client management, business development, guiding engineers, and ensuring corporate compliance with engineering regulations. Before founding and leading the company, Steve gained extensive experience as a project engineer at UMA | AECOM and MMM Group. He is a licensed Professional Engineer dedicated to maintaining the highest professional standards. 

When not in the office, Steve enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two daughters, whether camping, hiking, or relaxing by the lake. He starts his mornings with yoga and also enjoys playing music, especially on the drums. Born and raised in Newfoundland, Steve is proud to give back to his community, volunteering on the St. Albert assessment review board and as a long-time member of T8N 100 Men.
