With over 20 years in land development, Steve leads Prime-Land Engineering as President & CEO, overseeing client relationships, business development, and corporate compliance while guiding projects and mentoring engineers. A licensed Professional Engineer, his career began as a project engineer at UMA | AECOM and MMM Group, where he gained extensive project experience before founding Prime-Land.

Outside the office, Steve enjoys camping, hiking, and lake time with his wife and two daughters. He starts his mornings with yoga, plays drums in his free time, and gives back to his community through the St. Albert assessment review board and T8N 100 Men.
