Demetrius is a Civil Engineering Co-op Student supporting the engineering team with field reviews, lot grading, and servicing design. He also contributes to maintaining the company’s health and safety program and ensuring projects comply with local standards. Currently in his final year of the Civil Engineering Co-op program at the University of Alberta, Demetrius has two years of internship experience in areas such as oil sands reclamation, structural rehabilitation, building envelope, and land development. He holds certifications in First Aid and CSTS (2020). 

 Alongside engineering, Demetrius is an accomplished classical pianist and accordionist who teaches at his own music studio. He enjoys traveling with his family, studying languages, and is actively involved in Ukrainian culture as both a dancer and board member with the Vohon Ukrainian Dance Ensemble. A lover of both arts and sciences, Demetrius brings creativity and passion to all his pursuits.
